 We are excited to share with you a new program coming from H.A.R.P. (Homeless people Are Real People too). It is The Delaware Voices of Homelessness
 

The Speakers’ Bureau purpose is to educate our communities about the complex issue of homelessness.

H.A.R.P. is a community-based advocacy group focused on homelessness and the issues connected to homelessness impacting individuals and families in the State of Delaware.
 

It’s Speakers’ Bureau and leadership is comprised of people who are experiencing homelessness and the former homeless. We are looking for more people to become speakers.
